Using audIT For QBRs And Annual Reviews

Using audIT in sales presentations is just one part of the equation. There is also a huge benefit by using audIT in QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews). In fact, business reviews are just regular sales presentations where you re-sell your value, up-sell and cross-sell.

Generate more revenue from up-sells and cross-sells.

Most MSPs put the focus on bringing in new business. Statistics show it is much easier to increase revenue from your current clients than to get a new one.

Don’t lose sight of the clients who already know, like and trust you. The simple act of doing QBRs can generate revenue faster than anything else you can do.

Demonstrate your value (which keeps your clients yours).

The audIT report will show them the value you’re already providing in simple and beautiful detail. Reselling your clients on your value will keep them yours.

One MSP reported adding one million dollars in revenue last year by simply doing regular QBRs that up-sold and cross-sold current clients.

And if you don't yet have a prospect...

Selling is just one side of audIT. We highly recommend you use audIT to do QBRs on all your current clients first. The best way to get started fast is to use it on existing clients. This will give you the confidence you need to use it on a prospect the next time you have one.

In addition, the fastest way to get a prospect is to ask for a referral. At your next QBR, try asking if your client knows anyone who could benefit from the audIT.
