Unable to use a custom template

If your custom template is not showing up in your list to assign to your audIT, it is likely because your template is not 100% completed yet. Make sure to check if it is at 100% completion. 

To be complete, a template must have all 9 audIT items present in each category. If your template is 100% complete and you still cannot select it, please open a support ticket.
