audIT

A tool you'll used to present data to a client or prospect. audITs can be transformed with a single click into a sales-ready presentation.

audIT Category

Organizational group of audIT items. An audIT consists of up to four categories.

audIT Item

Building block of an audIT that corresponds to a specific area of technical interest (e.g. servers, cabling, workstations).

audIT Trail

A list of historical audITs for a single audITee.

audITee

A client or prospect you're selling to.

audITor

Anyone who logs in and uses the audIT tool.

BRS

Business Review Schedule. Used to schedule regular check-ins with a client.

Client

An individual or company you have a working relationship with.

MRR

Monthly Recurring Revenue, or monthly inflow from a client.

Prospect

An individual or company you're looking to create a working relationship with.
