Business Review Schedules (BRS) help you periodically check in and run new audITs on existing clients. Schedule frequencies are configured when you create or edit an audITee, and are typically based on the monthly recurring revenue (MRR) of a client.
To manage a business review schedule, navigate to Business Review Schedules on the application sidebar. Choose any client listed, and scroll down to the Business Review Schedules Settings heading (you can also access this by going to audITees, choosing an audITee, and clicking Edit).
Here, you'll see a list of dates based on your configured schedule. Click to change the status of a line item, and for tools to add an event to your personal calendar. If you're conducting an audIT as part of a BRS, you can associate it by clicking Link an audIT.
When you create or import a new audITee, we automatically suggest a schedule based on the MRR of a client. You may override this suggestion as needed, but you'll likely benefit from keeping a consistent schedule.
To manage these settings, navigate to Business Review Schedule Settings under the Admin header on the sidebar. Once there, you'll have the option to enter MRR ranges to match annual, semi-annual, and quarterly review schedules.
Note: changing these settings may warrant updating the schedule frequency of existing audITees. If this is the case, we'll prompt you before making any changes.
