We're aware some users have encountered issues while trying to log into their account with two-factor authentication turned on. We're hard at work revamping the underlying mechanism that accepts two-factor codes to resolve this issue. However, we recognize the obvious need to get access to your account in the meantime.
- First, please ensure you're using the latest version of Google Authenticator on your mobile device to generate codes.
- If you're still unable to gain access to your account, please message support with the email address you are attempting to log in with and we will work with you to temporarily disable two-factor authentication.
